A score report is not the list of missed objectives

An official score report states the result it prints, such as pass or fail, and the exam code. It does not list missed objectives unless that breakdown is on the page. Write what the page shows, and do not fill weak domains from memory.

The report is the page you saved

A score report from the testing body is a document: a result word, an exam code, a date, and sometimes a section breakdown. The fields that are printed are the fields you can cite. A pass word is the result. It is not a map of which objectives you missed.

If the PDF has no section scores, write “section scores not on this report.” Do not reconstruct them.

Memory is not the report

After the sitting you may remember a topic that felt hard. That memory is not a line on the report. If you want it in the study plan, label it as your recollection, not as an official miss.

Do not add objective ids the report does not print. The objectives file is a different document.

What to write down

File the exam code, the date, and the result word from the report. File a missed-objective list only when the report contains one. Otherwise the next study plan starts from the objectives file, not from invented gaps.

Lab: a pass with no domain breakdown

The saved PDF says pass for exam code SY0-701 on 2026-11-20. It has no section scores. A draft lists three weak domains the author remembers from the room and files them as the report’s breakdown.

The note quotes pass, the code, and the date. Section scores: not on this report. The remembered topics stay out of the official column. They can be a separate personal note if they are labeled as memory.

On the PDF

Result. The word the testing body printed

Exam code. Which exam the report names

Section scores. Only if they are actually there

Not on the PDF

A remembered hard topic. Label it as memory, or leave it out of the official column

A list of objective ids. Comes from the objectives file, not from a pass word

A practice percent. A different document
