A poem that spells something
The flag is hidden in the first character of every line of a short poem. Use cut to keep one column and tr to join the lines into a single string.
Briefing
The challenge file is ~/challenge/harbour.txt. The title is "Read me down, not across".
cut -c1 keeps the first character of each line. tr -d removes characters, including newlines written as '\n'.
