MFA fatigue triage queue
A night of MFA push events for five users. Compare each burst with the user’s usual address and decide who gets escalated and what happens next.
Goal
You are on the morning shift. The identity provider exported every MFA push notification since midnight: 27 events across five users.
Filter the queue by user, compare each burst with that user’s usual address and device, and mark every user as benign or escalate. A push is only sent after the correct password is entered.

Steps
01Mark each of the five users as benign or escalate.
Do this in the workbench above. This step completes itself when the condition is met.
02At what time did ben approve a push from the new address?
03chen denied every prompt. Why escalate anyway?
04What is the first response for ben?
05Which control stops this attack pattern from working at all?
